What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $10,105.32 by February 20, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by February 20, 2023, and pay $5,464.63 plus $65.38 per day from January 20, 2023, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 21, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
