What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord changed the locks or the locking system to the rental unit or building without giving a replacement key, and substantially interfered with the Tenant's reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or complex. The application was resolved by order LTB-T-001705-21 issued on February 17, 2022. The Tenant requested a review of the order on March 14, 2022, which was sent to a hearing.
