What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $6,886.00 by October 31, 2022. If not voided, the Tenants must move out by October 31, 2022, and pay the Landlord $4,496.83 plus $47.67 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
