The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $14,470.23 less any payments made after December 29, 2022, as well as $60 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting April 5, 2023 until they vacate. If the full amount is not paid by March 31, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
