The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $10,086.00 by August 15, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by August 15, 2022, and pay $7,429.68 plus $36.16 per day from July 19, 2022, until they move out. Interest at 2.00% annually applies after August 15, 2022, on any outstanding balance.
