The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 9, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,650.74 plus $45.86 per day starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 9, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
