The ruling

The Tenants must pay the outstanding arrears of $15,481 in installments over the next 7 months, as well as pay the lawful monthly rent on time. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
