What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.
The ruling
The motion to set aside the previous order is denied. The stay of the previous order is lifted immediately. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $100 in costs, which may be subtracted from the compensation the Landlord has agreed to provide the Tenant when she returns vacant possession and the keys.
