Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord has collected or retained money illegally, harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and failed to meet the Landlords' maintenance obligations.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed. The Tenant failed to prove the Landlord collected a last month's rent deposit or that the Tenant's property was damaged due to a leaky roof.
