What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations of tampering with the electrical fuse box, causing undue damage, and seriously impairing the safety of other tenants in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2017. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by November 30, 2017, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
