What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also applied to terminate the tenancy based on an agreement to end the tenancy.
The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective June 16, 2019 unless the Tenants paid the full $8,590 owed by that date. If the Tenants did not pay, the Landlord could file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
