What happened

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $19,086, which includes the rent arrears up to the move-out date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 29, 2022, they will start owing interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
