What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by February 14, 2021. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $33,828.84, plus $87.12 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 4, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
