What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $5,139.22, which represents the rent arrears up to September 30, 2021, less the key deposit and rent deposit with interest. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the $201.00 application fee. If the full amount is not paid by January 19, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
