What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy signed by both parties.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the Tenant does not move out, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction starting February 1, 2022.
