What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on November 20, 2019 with respect to application CEL-88513-19. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The motion to set aside Order CEL-93766-20, issued on August 10, 2020, is denied. The order remains unchanged. The stay of order CEL-93766-20 is lifted on November 17, 2020.
