What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The Landlord's application was dismissed as the Landlords did not appear at the hearing to support their application. The Tenant's request for $200 in costs was denied as the previous adjournment was at the request of the Tenant's Representative.
