What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants did not pay the full rent for the period from May 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,299.66 in rent arrears and $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants vacate the unit on or before September 30, 2020, the amount owing will be prorated. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 20, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
