The tenancy is terminated effective January 26, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $400.18 plus $29.11 per day for compensation starting January 16, 2024 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 26, 2024, interest will start accruing at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
