What happened
The former landlord, Anne Fernando, applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants, Ahmad Obeid and Anwar Obeid, due to non-payment of rent and for substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant, and for willfully or negligently causing undue damage to the rental unit. The landlord also applied for an order requiring the tenants to compensate the landlord for the damage.
The ruling
The request to review the order issued on December 5, 2019 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
