What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant owned a mobile home on the rented lot and stopped paying rent, claiming the Landlord refused to allow the sale of the mobile home.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 5, 2021 unless the Tenant pays the full arrears of $5,302.78 by December 31, 2020 or $5,711.70 by January 5, 2021. If the Tenant does not make full payment, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
