What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective September 14, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,656.21 plus $45.21 per day starting September 1, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 14, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
