What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference caused by excessive noise from the Tenant or an occupant of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 14, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $231.37, which includes $45.37 per day in compensation for use of the unit after the termination date and the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
