What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to undue damage to the premises and substantial interference with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The Tenants shall not permit garbage or possessions to accumulate in the yard or driveway commencing July 1, 2021. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 29, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
