What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 27, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,645.82 in rent arrears, $190 in application fees, and $26.30 per day in compensation starting October 17, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 27, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
