What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,271.81 plus $46.03 per day starting August 27, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 6, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
