What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before January 24, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by January 24, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting January 25, 2021.
