What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. However, at the hearing, the Landlord conceded that the Tenant had paid the required rent and $200 as per the previous order, and therefore had not breached the order.

The Landlord's application is dismissed as the Tenant did not breach the previous conditional order issued by the Board.
