The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,554.09 plus $37.81 per day starting January 20, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by January 30, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
