What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant moved from unit 310-2 to unit 402-3 within the same residential complex, but the N4 notice did not identify the new rental unit, so the tenancy for unit 402-3 could not be terminated in this application.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,431.78 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
