The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,161.76 by December 5, 2021, which includes rent arrears up to November 24, 2021 and the application fee. The Tenant must also pay $42.74 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 25, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
