What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by March 1, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $175 for the previous application fee and $23.67 per day for use of the unit until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 1, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
