The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 8, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,386.00 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $34.52 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 29, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 8, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
