What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlords gave a notice of termination in bad faith. The Landlords served the Tenant with an N12 notice to end the tenancy effective December 31, 2019 so that the Landlord's daughter could move into the rental unit. The Tenant moved out on January 10, 2020, but the Landlord's daughter did not move in until August 11, 2020.

The Tenant's application is dismissed as the Tenant failed to establish that the Landlord gave the N12 notice in bad faith.
