What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on December 13, 2019 with respect to application TSL-09400-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before January 19, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $175.00 for the filing fee of the previous application. If the unit is not vacated by January 19, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
