What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,655.35, which represents the rent arrears and application fee, plus $19.73 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 13, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 23, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by October 23, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $6,186.00 to the Landlord or the Board on or before October 23, 2021.
