What happened

Tenant applied for orders determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations.

The ruling

The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $170.57 for a rent abatement and $45.00 for the cost of filing the application. The Landlord shall also complete certain repairs by specified dates.
