What happened
Landlord applied for eviction and rent payment due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions in a previous mediated settlement. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order, citing employment changes and reduced Ontario Works payments as reasons for non-payment.
The ruling

If payment is not made, the tenancy will be terminated, and the Landlord can enforce the eviction starting September 23, 2019.
