What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The Co-op Member shall pay to the Co-op the amount of $1,980.61 on or before December 31, 2014. Upon payment, this Order is void. If the Co-Op Member does not pay the full amount of $1,980.61 on or before December 31, 2014 and does not vacate the unit by this date, the Co-op member will owe $1,880.61 (arrears up to December 31, 2014, less the refundable damage deposit), plus daily compensation of $22.72 per day starting January 1, 2015 until the date she moves out. If the Co-op Member does not pay $1,980.61 on or before December 31, 2014 and does not vacate the unit by this date, then starting January 2, 2015 the Co-op may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff).
