The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,259.46, which represents the amount of rent owing up to February 28, 2019, less the last month's rent deposit and interest owing on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 2, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
