What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service, care service, or food.

The ruling

The Landlords shall pay the Unit 4 Tenants $675 in rent abatement and the Unit 5 Tenants $712.50 in compensation for damaged belongings and rent abatement for harassment.
