What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant or guest managing to separate two baby deer from its mother and take them into the rental unit, causing the distressed doe to run around the parking lot and almost run into another tenant's car. Animal control was later called to remove the deer.
The ruling
The Landlord's application is dismissed as the particulars pled in the notice do not match the grounds in the Act that the landlord is relying on.
