What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant no longer qualifies to live in public or subsidized housing. The Tenant failed to provide the required income information to the Landlord to support ongoing eligibility for the subsidized unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by September 30, 2014. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $170 for the cost of filing the application.
