What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was for the Tenant to keep the mobile home site in an orderly fashion and free from excessive litter and debris, which the Landlord found the Tenant had not complied with.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by March 13, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $15.11 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 3, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by March 13, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
