What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.
The ruling
The March 11, 2020 eviction order was set aside. A new eviction order was issued, which the Tenant could void by paying the full rent for October 2020 and the balance of the Landlords' non-refundable enforcement costs ($314) by October 31, 2020. If the Tenant did not make this payment, the Landlords could file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
