What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $35,000.00 (the maximum amount within the Board's jurisdiction) to the Landlord by February 4, 2022. The Tenant owes a total of $37,224.94, but due to the Board's monetary jurisdiction limit, only $35,000.00 is ordered to be paid. If the Tenant does not pay and vacate by February 4, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 5, 2022.
