What happened

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $1,851.28 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee, for a total of $2,037.28. If the full amount is not paid by February 22, 2022, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
