The tenancy is terminated effective June 8, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,343.82 plus $43.57 per day starting May 29, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by June 8, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
