What happened

The ruling
The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant is denied, subject to the condition that the Tenant pays the Landlord $408.20 on or before January 31, 2021. The rent for January 2021 shall be paid on or before January 15, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
