The tenancy is terminated effective January 23, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,110.59 plus $43.84 per day starting January 13, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 23, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
